Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Bach was inspired to pursue a medical career by a strong desire to care for his loved ones, influenced by his uncle, a respected doctor. Growing up in Hue, where many people suffered from chronic ENT conditions due to the harsh climate, he developed a passion for otorhinolaryngology to help improve patients’ quality of life.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and later obtained a Master’s degree in Otorhinolaryngology from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City.

Dr. Bach has over a decade of experience in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions across various healthcare institutions, including:
- Lam Dong II Hospital (2015 – 2017): Head of the Outpatient Department, responsible for ENT treatments, surgeries, and hospital operations.
- Victoria Healthcare Clinic (2017 – 2020): Provided comprehensive ENT care and patient education.
- JioHealth Clinic (2020 – 2024): Led the ENT department, developed treatment protocols, and engaged in public health initiatives.
- Raffles Medical Ho Chi Minh City (2024 – Present): Established the ENT specialty within the clinic, offering high-quality care for both local and international patients.
