In order to provide the best healthcare service, please make an appointment prior to your visit. We offer you 2 convenient ways to make, change or cancel your appointment.

Online appointment should be made 24 hours in advance. For same day/ urgent appointment, please call the clinic directly.

For teleconsultation via live stream, please indicate the preferred date and time, after which we will contact you shortly for confirmation. We will inform you the fee when the appointment is confirmed.

Your requested appointment is subject to change due to the availability of doctors and holidays.

Visa Check Up, Corporate Check Up and Work Permit Check Up department work from 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri. If your requested appointment is submitted after 17:00, we will process to confirm the appointment on the next working day.
