ラッフルズ・メディカルは、オーストラリア、ニュージーランド、イギリス、カナダ、ベルギーの政府から認定を受けた医療機関として、学生ビザ、ビジネスビザ、観光ビザ、および永住・移民ビザ申請のための健康診断を実施しています。

Our panel physicians are appointed to conduct physical examinations, vital sign and vision checks, blood and urine tests, and chest x-ray to ensure applicants are free from infectious Tuberculosis (TB) before submitting their visa applications. The health checks take up to 90 minutes to complete, and results will be communicated directly to the appropriate embassy or consulate within three to five working days. ​

How to prepare for Australia Visa Health Check

• Referral Letter with HAP ID
• Original passport
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate/record (if any)
• Parents or guardian are required to sign on behalf of an applicant under 16 years of age
• Fasting is not required before the health check
• Copies of your medical history records or current prescriptions or hospitalization certificate must be carried if you have a known medical condition.
• If you are pregnant, please bring the latest ultrasound and medical report for doctor review and consultation before taking X-ray.
• Medical examination fees are applicable for regular medical examination requests, and exclusive of additional fees of test for further investigation or as per working/study visa requirements (if any). 

Medical examination fees:

• 成人（永住ビザ・15歳以上）form 501 + 502 + 707 : 3,200,000
• 子供 （永住ビザ・2歳未満） & （一時ビザ・10歳未満）form 501: 1,800,000
• 子供（永住ビザ・2～10歳）form 501 + 719: 4,700,000
• 子供（永住・一時ビザ・11～14歳）form 501 + 502 : 2,500,000
• 一時ビザ・留学ビザ（15歳以上）form 501 + 502 : 2,500,000

How to prepare for New Zealand Visa Health Check

• Referral Letter (if any)
• Original passport
• Parents or guardian are required to sign on behalf of an applicant under 18 years of age
• Fasting is not required before the health check
• Copies of your medical history records or current prescriptions or hospitalization certificate must be carried if you have a known medical condition.
• If you are pregnant, please bring the latest ultrasound and medical report for doctor review and consultation before taking X-ray.
• Medical examination fees are applicable for regular medical examination requests, and exclusive of additional fees of test or  further investigation (if any).

Medical examination fees:

• Adults (from 15 years old), X-ray: VND 1,500,000
• Adults (from 15 years old), X-ray + general medical examination: VND 3,400,000
• Children (under 5 years old): VND 2,000,000
• Children (from 5-10 years old): VND 2,200,000
• Children (from 11-14 years old): VND 3,200,000

How to prepare for UK Visa Health Check

• Original passport
• 2 passport photos (4x6cm)
• Parents or guardian are required to sign on behalf of an applicant under 17 years of age
• Fasting is not required before the health check
• Copies of your medical history records or current prescriptions or hospitalization certificate must be carried if you have a known medical condition
• If you are pregnant, please bring the latest ultrasound and medical report for doctor review and consultation before taking X-ray
• Medical examination fees are applicable for regular medical examination requests, and exclusive of additional fees of test or further investigation (if any)
